Сподобалося розташування, можливість ранішого заселення, ненав’язливе і ввічливе спілкування з власником, можливість виходу у внутрішній дворик. Ціна/якість просто супер!

Через те, що житло знаходиться на цокольному поверсі трохи сирувато (можливо для когось ця інформація буде цінна)
