the manager was great. we have to live early that the brekkie time and he made it just for us.

mattress was really uncomfortable, the bed didn’t have sheets, just one cover. the toilet had a odd smell.

Budget friendly place in the middle of ubud. Very central. Many restaurants and shops around, very easy to walk everywhere. Not far from the monkey forest. Bed was comfortable. Shower has good water pressure and hot water. The man at reception (maybe owner?) was friendly and very helpful.

Towels smelled bad. Even when I got clean a one still smelled like humidity. Blanket doesn’t have a cover which I think is not very hygienic unless it’s washed after every guest.

It’s not something about the property, but there were concerts organised nearby and it was going on frequently and even after 10 pm, so it was hard to fall asleep.

This property was perfect for a late arrival into Ubud! Our flight was delayed so we didn’t get into our rooms until after 1:30am. The owners were extremely accomodating and so lovely! Prime position on Monkey Forest Road, but so quiet, as it is down an alley, away from the Main Street.

The beds were a little uncomfortable, but ok for a short stay. The bathroom was a little musty, but again, ok for a short stay.

Excellent value for money, the rice fields view is amazing. Location is amazing. Room was big and confortable.

A simple room, clean. It has a rice field at the property, very nice.

It was close to some bar and I couldn’t sleep part of the night because of the music.
