Ubud Rice Field House

Peaceful and near to many establishments and rice fields and attractions like the Ubud Palace, Ubud Water Palace, Ubud Art Market and Monkey Forest. Has Free breakfast everyday and free dinner on Sunday. They also have yoga classes and tai chi classes when we visited.

It’s right in the center of Ubud so you can walk pretty easily. Also, the pool is very nice and relaxing and breakfast is SUPERB!! Staff was also very nice and friendly. They also organize a free dinner twice a week and that was very helpful to get to know all the other people :)

If you are staying in the shared female dorm with 4 beds you won’t be able to sleep after 7 because it’s very very noisy for the construction workers that are right behind the dorm. And it’s like that all day, even if you stay by the pool. It can be a little bit frustrating. There are also people who speak very very loudly until late at night, I’m not sure there’s another hotel behind. Also, the room wasn’t really cleaned. Even though the ladies came to clean every day, as a person that is very cleaned, I noticed how the floor was never cleaned correctly, because the same black hair stayed there for more than 2 days and we had to walk barefoot…. The bathroom sink was never cleaned (again) because it stayed dirty all the time. There were also big ants at night near the bed. Last but not least, I booked that dorm because I wanted to feel comfortable and have two bathrooms since we were 4, however one toilet was only fixed two days after I arrived (when I was leaving) and the other one would always stop flushing…

Excelente hostel ubicado en el corazón de Ubud, el personal sumamente amoroso, el desayuno increíble. Volvería sin dudas!

The pool area is nice, and the rooms are cozy and clean (I stayed in a 4-bed dorm room). The breakfast is delicious and included in the price. There is also a free yoga class and a free weekly dinner.

Le personnel est super agréable, les chambres sont nettoyés tout les jours, la picine et top, le petit déjeuner et très bon. Rien n’a dire mise a part qu’un bâtiment ce construit juste a coté et ca gâche la vu.
