The location is the only good thing: right in the center of Ubud, close to everything. There are other hotels in the same area for the same price

They didn’t honor the confirmed check-in time, and there was no reception available. I was given a different room than the one I booked and was later asked to pay extra for the correct one. They updated the website during my stay and used it to justify the additional charge. No cleaning or towel replacement during the entire stay. No amenities provided: no soap, no shampoo, no coffee, nothing. No responsible staff available to resolve any issues.

Place was clean.

Better to keep water bottle

Everything was amazing, the host here Gede is very helpful and nice, there’s an air condition in the room, clean sheets, very good breakfast, free water, simply the best

La habitación era nueva y muy limpia. Sin embargo el baño era compartido con otra habitación, algo que desconocíamos y que no nos salió asi al hacer la reserva.

No hay nadie en la recepción. Estuvimos esperando 20 min hasta que llegó una persona. Hay muchas escaleras hasta la habitación y el baño era compartido. Por la noche se escuchaba el ruido de la calle principal y también hubo alguien (no sabemos si de una obra que estaba justo al lado) que se puso a utilizar una máquina que hacía un ruido tremendo.
