"Sauber und fair, aber wegen Lage und fehlender Öffis für Backpacker ungeeignet."

Sehr freundliches Personal, alles wie beschrieben. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist fair und absolut gerechtfertigt. Toiletten, Duschen und Bettwäsche waren sauber; ebenso der gesamte Bereich. Die Gemeinschaftsküche ist groß und gut ausgestattet.

Für klassische Backpacker ist die Lage weniger ideal. Am Wochenende fahren keine öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, sodass ich jedes Mal rund 20 Minuten zur Hauptstraße laufen musste, um überhaupt wegzukommen und dort per Mitfahrgelegenheit weiterzureisen. Trampen funktioniert auf Åland eher schlecht, da die Einheimischen das nicht gewohnt sind. Zudem ist das Hostel in der Nebensaison sehr ruhig und nahezu leer – wer soziale Kontakte oder Austausch sucht, sollte das bedenken.

"Nära till eckerö! Mysig by där de skedde upptagning av potatis precis när jag var där! Trevligt å bra ställe!"

Rymliga rum, nära till toa å dusch ! Å go frukost!

När jag kom 23.30 , kom jag ner till den stora parkeringen vid badhuset , vilket va bäcksvart de va knappt man hittade till ingången ( men hade egen pannlampa med) inga lampor va tända.
