Lazy Bear Best Hostel in Kandy

Hostel was fine except quite out of the way. Not much for social areas but clean and does the job.

what a sweet and chill place!  this place had all i need... good area to chill, enough place for yoga and a small nice garden and not to forget the best people are working here! They're doing all to make your stay the best! Had some really nice evenings and conversations with them and met also other nice travellers! further more it's in a nice quite area and the walk to the town you will have near to the lake is just beautiful. i hope i'll come again one day.

Second visit here - they are the nicest hosts I've had in my trip. Maybe 20 min walk to the main part of town (FYI there's a stair shortcut that connects "Louis Peiris Mawatha" and "Kandy-Kirimetiya" roads, so you can walk on the sidewalk by the lake instead of the shoulder of a bigger road). Social but calm vibe

Staff very friendly. They really cared about me. The place is big and comfortable with big common areas. Next to the lake near to a restaurant that is pretty good. Not noisy.

So many mosquitos in the room. There is Wi-Fi in the common areas, but for me, it was not working in my room.
