"зручне місце у шикарному місті"

зручне атмосферне місце в самому центрі, вікна виходять у тихий двір, Дерибасівська - сусідня вулиця, у закладі є все необхідне, з залізничного вокзалу легко доїхати трамваєм 7 до зуп. "Університетська" й ще трохи пройти пішки через парк
