We've arrived just before 11pm due to hitchhiking (check in time 2pm-11pm), the owner gave us a private dorm room(we've booked a double room with a double bed and he accepted the booking), then he told us that 'don't put the beds together, and he's doing a favour for us'. We told him that we've just arrived to the city and have no cash, and asked if it would be okay if we pay in the morning. He straight away refused it, and sent us out to find an ATM( which took for a while, as we needed to find the best conversion fee as possible, and the centre quite far from the hostel). He also told us that no showers after 11pm, but he said 'he'll let us have it till 00.30'. So we've rushed back to pay him, paid and asked him if we can have a fan(like he states on the hostel's facilities list on the website). He said it's extra fee, we said that it shouldn't be as listed under the facilities not extras) so he became upset( saying 'everyone wants things but noone wants to pay,he's doing a favour for us but we not pleased''I can never make you happy'..etc) In the end he brought us a fan, we were thankful, but he was still upset... I don't have to mention that the shower was ICECOLD! Anyway, we've only stayed one night, so I'm glad I haven't stayed there longer, he had rules like 'don't do laundry' which is a part of you're travelling as a backpacker 😅🤷🏽‍♀️

The Host Valentin and his wife are very friendly and helpful Garden with siting area Nearby to the Bus Station Shopping mall not far away The Mattress was very comfortable (not too hard and not too Soft)

Walking to the Center around 20 minutes

Everything, place located 15 min walk from the main passage and old city centre, also less than 10 min from the shopping centre. The beds were comfy, and the place was clean. Super friendly and helpful host. Highly recommended this place.

The owner of the hostel and his wife were really nice. They welcomed us very kindly and helped about the locations we wanted to visit. There is a bus station very near to go to Bitola and Skopje. There is Ohrid Mall very near also. The garden of the hostel is green and there is a table to smoke and chat. And they have a kitchen. You can cook meals or buy some food from the supermarket to put in the refrigerator. It is a bit far to the Ohrid Carsi on foot. But we walked in 15 minutes to center or took a taxi.

The only problem for me is that there are no towels and the air conditioner but it is ok with this price. Good performance for this price
