Great location in Pakse, the rooms were clean and modern! Staff were very helpful, letting us check in early and booked both the Plateau tour and onward travel!

Wi-Fi was not the best and staff were sometimes not the most friendly.

The staff were so nice, at least when they understood what I said in English. The place looks and feels cozy. And it is in good location in Pakse.

6 showers, the heater machines work only in one of them, and the flow is the weak, it takes forever to clean up. The AC was good but not best, still felt hot during the night. There’s dust under the beds and on the floor.

a good location, clean, i had a romm with own bathroom wich had everything you need for a short stay, i liked the furnishing, frendly staff, i had AC and Fan

When i closed the door there was still light comming in from outside (this easily cold be fixed), you hear very moch from outside (but this is not differend in other hotels in this price category) - because the room didn't had a window (whis is quite commun in asia), it got quite warm at night - there would be an easy solution if people would be allowed to lower the AC a bit more than 25 Celcius (its fixed there). And it would probabely prevent people using both: AC and Fan

We stay only one night, for the price is convenient.

Helpful staff (though not all good with English) - let me use their phone to call our next hotel. Room was comfortable and clean, albeit with no window.

Shame they don’t offer free drinking water refills like many places. Not much nearby in terms of eating options.
