The ladies from the reception were really nice! Loved the quiet street of the hostel, the big bathtub, the comfy bed, the closeness to city center and atractions...

Everything was fine! Maybe some shampoo in the bathroom could hava been og good use

Que seuls les lits du bas ont de l'intimité, il n'y a pas de prise pour chaque lit, et peu d'aération dans le dortoir où j'étais.

The staff didn't inform me about the check-in process until very late at night, and only after I had called them many times. The key card they finally gave me didn't open the front door. The doors in the room were very noisy and woke everyone up. The worst part was the single bathroom shared by the two rooms on the floor, so you had to lock two doors that were often left locked from the other room, meaning you couldn’t get in even when it was empty sometimes. There was also always a line, even at 1 a.m. When I finally used it, it was dirty, hard to use, and the shower water turned cold after 2 minutes

Good location, close to the city centre and a quiet place. Good kitchen facilities and social area.

Few bathrooms. There was also a mess in the reservation system. We did not receive the rooms, which we booked. Our group of 15 people booked two 8-bed dorms to stay together, but received 13 beds in two dorms and one 2-person bedroom (+). However, the consequence of receiving this extra 2-person bedroom (for free) was the accommodation of people from outside our group in these two dorms, including a hostel staff member. During our two-night stay, some members of our group were relocated by the hostel staff from one bed to another, without prior notice.
