La dueña es una persona falta de comunicación, no interactua con los huéspedes, es mas ni siquiera saluda si la encuentras en los corredores. Hay huéspedes que tienen hasta tres perros en sus habitaciones, todo el piso está mal oliendo a perros, los asean en el baño y el baño se mantiene invadido de pelos de perro

Sehr gute Ausstattung, sehr nette und hilfreiche Gastgeber, freie Parkplätze auf der Straße, Strassenbahn Haltestelle 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Einfach perfekt.

The room was spacious and well lit, however the communal spaces and bathroom were not comfortable.

The bathroom was inconvenient and lacked comfort, which affected my overall experience. The room was okay. While the staff were generally helpful, I encountered an issue when I needed to modify my reservation and leave early due to an emergency. Despite being nearby, they couldn't confirm whether my request would be approved (despite being the ones to approve/reject it) and directed me to contact customer service instead and open a request. This added further work on my end given the situation at the time. Although they expressed understanding, it felt as though my question wasn’t taken seriously—especially considering that my request was ultimately not responded to and there was not much communication or clarity.
