Access to Casa Uca facilities, awesome breakfast, great staff. Pool and coworking space at casa Uca is amazing. Super comfy bed

20 min walking from the kitespot, so if you want to go quick you would need to pay 60 reais round trip. Everyday.. A bit overpriced compared to other similar options in Guriu, however you have access to Casa Uca ❤️

Nice interior design of Casa Uca, good location.

Our stay was determined by horrible staff service at Casa Uca: we stayed 3 nights/breakfasts (which is order based) and 2/3 breakfasts were a total nightmare: we waited over 1hr to gets served, the waitressess were unfriendly and ignorant. When we asked to the more senior lady (presumably head of service) when can we expect to get served and for a refund or extra benefits for our wait, she was rolling here eyes, and also completely unfriendly and unprofessional: she told to one of us: try again next time?!! The highest waiting time was 2 hrs for a breakfast on our last day (despite that we submitted the breakfast order the day before like the unpleasant manager asked after the initial waiting and arguments of the first day). Not to mention, each breakfast, some items were forgotten and we had to argue what we received and what was still missing. We are used to wait for service in Brazil as part of the culture but this was the worst experience ever and we will never stay here again (or recommend) just because of this. To be honest; the service staff needs to be replaced ASAP because they are throwing a bad light on an otherwise lovely and thoughtfully designed resort. Additionally, the beds at Casa Mar need an upgrade: the double bed had a “black hole” in the middle so it was difficult to sleep for 2 people without constantly rolling into eachother in the middle.

Die Lage ist toll und man kann den Pool vom Casa Uca mit nutzen. Die Zimmer sind kleine aber ausreichend, vor dem Zimmer hat man eine tolle Aussicht

Das Personal war nicht sonderlich freundlich. Wir haben 30 Minuten beim Frühstück gewartet, bis wir überhaupt irgendetwas bekommen haben und nur nach erneuter Frage wurden die bestellten Gerichte gebracht. Wir haben uns nicht willkommen gefühlt.

C’est mon deuxième séjour et c’est toujours aussi nickel. Emplacement, accueil, propreté, literie etc ! En gros un incroyable rapport qualité prix. Et gros gros gros coup de cœur pour le petit déjeuner ! Hâte de revenir !

The accommodation is great and the personnel really helpful.

It is one of our favourite places to stay in Brazil to kitesurf. Breakfast is lovely by the pool at Casa Uca. The rooms are affordable, and access to the facilities at Casa Uca is a bonus. There is a small kitchen with shared fridge and facilities for snacks or take aways.

Food in the evening is limited as it's a remote location. Unfortunately, Casa Uca is the only place to eat in the area, and the evening menue does not live up to its usual high standards.
