LX Hostel

- BREAKFAST! So good and nutritious (eggs, yoghurt, vegetable, cheese & ham, fruit and really good coffee! Plenty of vegan options, jams, everything. Loved the egg machine for medium eggs in the morning) - STAFF! Very friendly, especially Katia who did my checkin and helped with laundry. All people working here seem to like they job and shared very good vibes - nice common area, very spacious. Perfectly equipped kitchen. Bathrooms clean - 2 wc, 3 showers - entrance via CODE - you can do laundry for 2.5 and dry for another 2.5 or hang it around - there is curtain to your bunk, felt really safe and private and there is also box to valuables and they provide you with lock. You have electricity and light, felt like small room just for me. - rooftop. Busy in the night but mornings for breakfasts were just ours and fabulous to have there when sunny morning - LOCATION!!! Top! Close to train, bus, tram, pingo doce, lidl, river. - they are pet friendly. I did not have Dog myself but it is great they support this. One couple brought very friendly and playful Dog and also owner brought EDDIE Who was super cute. - well some people snore a lot, but that is hostel, bring your earplugs and you will be fine. Street noise was shut down at the night which I was a bit worried given popularity of the place, but it was not needed to be worried. Also considerate room mates. - FREE SANGRIA hihi from 7-8. Very Refreshing on hot days - Wi-Fi strong for working from home and corporate daily meetings ---> fully recommending this beautiful cool vibes place and will be back

Colchão confortável, água quente.

Hostel modelo quarto compartilhado tipo cabine. Espaço limitado e, infelizmente, estava extremamente quente. Dormi pouco devido o calor.

Chouette petite auberge de jeunesse, bien décorée et avec une ambiance chaleureuse. Et le petit déjeuner est excellent avec les muffins et granola maison !

Super fijn hostel met fijne ruime en gezellige gemeenschappelijke ruimtes, heerlijk dakterras, vriendelijk personeel, fijne bedden, schoon. Alles top voor elkaar

The hostel is in a great neighborhood, very live, urban, and intriguing, all the while it's not noisy, nor too crowded, and it's quite safe. It's well connected with the city center via public transport. The interior is lovely, cozy, inviting, and relaxing. Staff is helpful and responsive. The breakfast was a bliss, and the rooftop is the perfect place to eat it. Everything is really really clean, more than in any other hostel we stayed in - both kitchen and the bathrooms are impeccable, cleaned 3 times a day. We would love to come again, and if we had to choose all over again where to go, it's definitely LX hostel, they rock!

The only minor inconvenience was that, while our private room had a small window high up, it's inconvenient to open it. Because it didn't have a net we were worried some bugs could get inside so we didn't open it the entire trip. The air-condition thankfully had a cleaning setting, so we managed to have the room well-vented. We didn't mind the steep metal staircase, as they only bring up the entire vibe and go perfectly with the design, but older people, or people who have some disabilities should be mindful this is the only way of getting to the hostel.
