Folk Hostel Krakowskie Przedmieście

Albert, first person i met there, was amazing. Others were okay, but he was exceptional. Location was perfect.

Some non desk staff had no English and that made some things difficult out of hours. A comfortable chair to read in would have been a big plus for me.

Incredible location. The property is in the Old Town, but without all the noise that usually comes with it. Even during Night of Culture, the noise was tolerable. The entrance is actually behind the street listed on Booking, but it is not difficult to find. The room was spacious and had a kitchen area, which was generally clean. Coffee, tea, and sugar were provided. Customer service was quick to address the issue I had with my first room.

Unfortunately, although I have no doubt the issue will be dealt with as quickly as possible, I have to mention that on the third night of my stay, I found a bed bug in my bed. I did not find any others, but that was not especially reassuring. I was moved to another room quickly. The second room had some cleanliness issues in the bathroom, although it was still generally clean overall.

Wspaniała lokalizacja w samym centrum. Kilka metrów do największych atrakcji miasta. Super wyposażona kuchnia, są garnki, patelnia, lodówka, sztućce, naczynia, sól, cukier, herbata i kawa, oraz oczywiście duża lodówka z zamrażarnikiem. Część pokoi ma widok na Krakowskie Przedmieście (na pewno pokój nr 4), są duże parapety na których można siedzieć i podziwiać ulice miasta. Bardzo wygodny dosyć miękki materac.

Wszystkie drzwi od pokoi są bardzo cienkie, że wyraźnie słychać co się za nimi dzieje, przez co przebywając w pokoju nr 4 przy recepcji nie ma żadnej prywatności i można się czuć jakby się przebywało w jednym pomieszczeniu z recepcjonistką, która na szczęście jest miła i pomocna.
