Walking distance to many sights and train station. Not crowded.

1) ONLY two small toilets and 2 showers in a tiny space for both men and women. 2) Men running the kitchen like their territory and spying on me like I am going to steal something. 3) A/C in room going OFF a lot during night and mosquitos coming IN. 4) They charged me for commission fees when this charge is supposed to be between Booking.com and HEBBARS Heritage Home.

A good location near to the CSMT train station and walking distance from fort and colaba areas. Clean with good washroom facilities, staff were very flexible with late checkin and early check out times.

Not quite as communal as we had hoped and quite a dark interior vibe, and it would be great to be able to get a bit more info on the area and recommendations, but in general we were happy.

The location was phenomenal. The property is very well maintained, toilets clean and the looks old world. We were a large group of extended family members, and this proved to be an ideal arrangement for us. Had a fun Mumbai trip due to proximity of this place with the site seeing places in South Mumbai. The property exceeded our expectations.

I arrived very late 3.00am and staff were very good even though I woke them up. Room was clean and comfortable as was the bathroom

Cleaning staff were friendly and smiley. Receptions staff made me feel I'd checked into a prison. Very mise4able. Not a place to stay if you want social. No outside communal area
