Nothing, put off my management charges no luggage storage ,.. Bad security had stolen thousands of pesos there !!!

Everything includes staff management!!! They were negligent and made us pay 1000 p for nothing. Just wear and normal sheet washing as normal toddlers do....says kid friendly... no way.... beware of their hidden extra charges ...... when you leave!!!

I did not stay there as I was not allowed to book into the hotel until 1pm so I had to get and pay another £600 for a hotel I am still waiting for my refund and will shortly be taking legal action.

Nothing I like about it. The price is a bit expensive considering it’s far from the city center.

Toilets are dirty. No hangers and cabinets for clothes. Beds are too narrow and uncomfortable. You barely fit in it. Air conditioning is too noisy and feels like a fan more than an airconditioner.

It was ok for the location, and perhaps yes clean but still so so.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. They scammed me into getting the Php899 booking which was confirmed by the way. But when I reached the property they said there was a problem with booking.com's system as such room was already fully booked, the lady at the check in counter kindly offered me their family room which i took,, but only to be told upon check out that i have to pay the difference on room rates! What I thought was an upgrade was a scam in making me pay more than what was published and what I confirmed with my card. I have the receipt to show proof of the difference i had to pay.
