Es ist eine gute Lage und das Haus von aussen ist sehr schön. Grosses Zimmer.

Das Zimmer entspricht nicht den Bildern. Die Wände sind feucht, der Boden kaputt, Fenster wurden noch nie gereinigt total ekelhaft. Es ist heruntergekommen, war früher sicher schön. In der Beschreibung steht es hat einen Computer - oh wunder hat es natürlich nicht. Das Personal ist sehr unmotiviert, man muss alles nachfragen, sie interessieren sich null für die Gäste. Grüssen nur wenn man sie direkt anschaut. Wir fühlten uns als Gäste überhaupt nicht willkommen, warum arbeiten solche Leute in einem Hostel??! Das Frühstück ist ein Witz, 1 Toast pro Person und nur Tee, obwohl es ein Cafe ist?? Der Preis ist nicht gerechtfertigt.

The location of the property is damn good.

The facilities were bare minimum. For complementary breakfast they gave literally bread and cheese. Thats it. The staff was not willing to be of assistance and were always distracted and clueless

The location and attached coffee shop was lovely.

The cleanliness was not acceptable and we found the staff to not be very welcoming or helpful. It says breakfast included, there was no breakfast. Unfortunately we did not feel comfortable enough to stay for our second night.

Check in experience was horrible and there was linen lying everywhere. They didn’t even have a blanket on the bed and overall the place didn’t feel clean.

No I don’t like nothing. However the staff was helpful.

I booked a room for 4 people, but instead we were given a 6-person room. This was not what we reserved, and the layout was uncomfortable for us. When I raised the issue, the manager simply said that the hotel was under renovation and refused to offer any refund or compensation. Show us disgusting 4 bed and said we can stay there if we not like our 6 bed or we can go. His attitude made it clear that he considered everything acceptable, which was very disappointing. If u don’t want your holiday to be ruined don’t go there. Unfortunately, I felt that my booking was not respected and that customer service was poor.

L'ostello si trova in pieno centro storico. C'è annesso un grazioso caffè e il ragazzo che ci lavora è stato l'unico ad accogliermi con gentilezza. Purtroppo il caffè non era buono!

Nonostante la struttura abbia un grande potenziale è tenuta malissimo. Le stanze sono sporche con muri scrostati e prese staccate. Il bagno in comune lascia a desiderare molto sporco e senza carta igienica. Non si capisce chi gestisce il tutto, al mio arrivo, per la registrazione, hanno dovuto fare una serie di telefonate guardandomi come se stessi chiedendo qualcosa di incomprensibile. Rapporto qualità prezzo pessimo. Sconsigliato!
