The Old Quarter Hostel

I was pleasantly surprised - the hostel was clean and nicely decorated. Good coffee and breakfast, you can pay by credit card, and located 10 minutes away from the bus station. Don't miss out on going to Old Goa, it's a 20 minute bus ride from the terminal.

Not much atmosphere, but still managed to talk with the two guys in my room.

Great staff - a friendly and helpful bunch of ladies running coffee shop and check in. One girl kindly booked a taxi for me when leaving ( I had no data on phone to do myself). Good coffee shop with tasty sandwich and cake. Lovely big room and balcony. Superb location.

Bathroom was not clean or well ventilated.

Bed was comfortable, room decor was lovely, and a cafe was attached. Quiet neighborhood with lots of cute cafes. Cute cat!

Shower dripped loudly all night. Staff didn't take notice of us when we came to check in.

I came here in 2016. Was expecting the same experience.. but it was sadly not upto par. The bathroom in the ac dorm needs a lot of repairing.. the shower was broken, the toilet seat was broken . Something should be done to address the mosquito issue.

Repair the broken fittings in the bathroom please.. also the cafe closes at 8 sharp. Maybe u could be a little more flexible . If guests want to have a tea or coffee they should be able to..
