Hostal Valle Hermoso

I tried to get in touch with this place and got no response which was extremly stressful and I needed to book another place because no one anwseres to any of my many messages that I send throughtout the day, evenibg and the Day after. 👎

Cheap and clean, comfortable accommodation

Time needed for the staff to prepare breakfast… waited up to one hour

The location is good. Dorm is spacious.

Shower & kitchen are too small. Not many kitchen utensils & the sink in the kitchen is not functioning.

Really nice chill place to stay. Gaby at the front desk is super welcoming, helpful and friendly. Really enjoyed my stay here

Great location near rail and bus stations as well as plenty of eating options. I was kindly allowed to leave my bag during the day when I checked out. I was travelling on a night bus much later. I appreciate that kindness. Nice roof terrace.

Pillows are old and flat and mattresses dip in the middle.. Some staff members aren't very welcoming although others are. The library book system is no good. These books were donated by travellers yet the notice tells guests that to take a book you must leave 2 books or pay. No soap to wash our hands. Frequently no toilet paper. One night a staff member entered the dormitory and stripped 2 beds - then simply reused the dirty sheets and bedding!

The location is great and 24h reception is very useful if you arrive late at the terminal which is 3 min walking from the hostel

You can t use the kitchen before 10 am and they charge you more money than the official change from dollar or euro. The street is very loud and in general is not very clean
