The staff were friendly and helpful, the facilities looked great though we never used them.

Our room was across the road from the facility so we felt disconnected to the hostel. We never used any of their facilities or the pool. The room was ok but it was in the front of a locals property and they ran a business opposite our door, so was a bit uncomfortable.

As far as hostels go, this is one of the best we stayed in while travelling South America. Extremely helpful staff who run many day trips and events daily. Comfortable beds, warm showers and good kitchen facilities.
