深夜にも関わらず、ドライヤーや洗濯機についての質問に親切に対応していただき、とても助かりました。スタッフの方の対応が丁寧で安心して滞在できました！ Even late at night, the staff kindly helped me with my questions about the hair dryer and washing machine. Their warm and thoughtful support made my stay very comfortable and reassuring!

I stayed in a 4 female bedroom which I usually pick as long as they have that option.

I've had some issues with this hostel.. But overall, still fine. The staffs were helpful but there was one mishap that happened during my stay. One of the staff informed me she was new and had made a mistake over the booking and she wanted me to transfer to the other room (8 room female dorm) and that I had to stay in the upper bunk bed. I usually request the lower bunk bed when I travel even if I had to pay extra for it just so I dont have to put an effort of going UP and DOWN in a ladder that feels painful by the way. So she requested me to just stay to the other room for 1 night because there's a specific night that a group of 4 girls, specifically booked the room. Long story short, I agreed to this set up and just returned to the room after those girls checked out. I also had an issue with availing laundry services with them because apparently, the DRYER wasnt working when I did the laundry and so I had to hang my clothes. It wasnt helpful that the past days were raining so it was also difficult for my clothes to dry faster. I went out of Bishkek with clothes that smelled really bad rather than good because the drying took DAYYYSSSS. The worse part is some of the clothes I had was still wet and I just had to put it in my luggage. It was also specifically annoying that the housekeeping staffs knew I am hanging my clothes in their spare room yet they kept moving my clothes and pile them up altogether as if it would dry quickly. I am rather annoyed at this. What a waste of money honestly. I should've just went out of my way to find a 24/7 self service laundry shop.
