We stayed at Kaganat Hostel for our last night in Bishkek, and it was the perfect way to end our trip. The hostel is modern, clean, and very comfortable, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. What truly touched us was the kindness of the staff: at the end of our stay, they surprised us with a thoughtful gift to take home, a special memory of Kyrgyzstan. It was such a warm gesture and made our farewell even more meaningful. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bishkek!

De kamers en badkamers zijn schoon. Het (nieuwe) meisje dat ons hielp bij in en uitchecken was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Het hostel had een onprettige sfeer en de communicatie was slecht. Berichten bleven vaak onbeantwoord; zo kregen we pas laat reactie op onze vraag of we midden in de nacht konden inchecken. Ook vroegen we meerdere keren om een taxi of shuttle, maar zonder resultaat. Uiteindelijk beloofden ze dit te regelen, maar toen we op het vliegveld aankwamen, bleek er niets georganiseerd te zijn. De communicatie was erg slecht, maar ironisch genoeg hebben ze ons als meerdere keren bericht of we ze een 10 sterren review willen geven. Daarbij hadden wij een 3 persoonskamer geboekt maar kregen een 2 persoonskamer.
