Love that it is close walking distance to town centre. Room is very spacious. Checkin instruction is clear and easy to follow. I like that there is coffee machine and free coffee (just need to buy milk)

Things to improve: - extra small towel to dry hands (only got 2 for showering) - bed is so noisy and squeaky - best to mention that it is located high in 3rd floor and No elevator. No issues for us but might be for people with mobility problem - bed not comfortable. I think it needs a mattess upgrade
