Modern facilities, cleanliness

Irresponsive behaviour. Took 500 rs extra charge for an additional guest (as shown by booking.com after modification) but didn't bother to provide an extra pillow even after request. Weird ghosting. Didn't expect it as the property has great reviews about warmth and friendliness. As a frequent traveller, I have had better experience all way through in different cities of India. We had a very brief stay that's why didn't say much but the experience was not up to the mark, and surely not any value for the money we have paid. (2384 rs for a night; 3 people)
