Кондиціонер відсутній у всьому помешканні. На вулиці +34, в приміщенні +40. Як можна там знаходитися хочаб годину не уявляю. Не затримався ні на хвилину, гроші повертати відмовились. Вважаю це за наглість та неповагу. Нікому не бажаю відпочинку у цьому місті

Lokalizacja świetna, blisko Plantów. Wejście przez domofon - całodobowa recepcja zawsze obecna, wpuszcza i obsługuje gości, bardzo pomocni i uśmiechnięci ludzie. Pokój czysty bez zarzutu. W upały chłodno. Duże łóżko. Miła jadalnia, z której nie korzystałem (ale jest - na plus). Ekspres do kawy dla gości (tanio, do skarbonki). Spokój, cisza. Dobra cena. WiFi było i działało.

Okna wychodzą na ciasne podwórko-studnię, nie przeszkadzało mi to, ważne, że wpada światło, ale jeśli ktoś lubi ładne widoki, to może wziąć pod uwagę. Drobna usterka w łazience, nadłamany plastikowy element.

Localisation is good. No other positive things unfortunately

If you are looking for the noisiest materasses (I mean really super noisy by each micro movement you make..!) and less comfortable beds ever, you can find them here! The lady from the staff (very nice) was conscious about it but apparently the monks who are the owners - are not (I would love to see, how their own beds look like...). It was also quite an interesting experience, because it's the first accomodation I've visited which has completely no charm at all. The "style" is inexistent, although you could hope, that it will be just simple. The whole building is super acoustic, with school-like room-doors. The shower is broken so you have to keep it in your hand by showering. Definitely not recommended. Not worth it's price.

Una struttura semplice e funzionale adatta per un soggiorno di relax a pochi passi da un bellissimo parco verde e dalla piazza centrale.e cosa bellissima c'è sempre una persona alla reception pronti a dare indicazioni per ogni cosa.

Staff & Check-in: The reception staff went above and beyond—they were incredibly nice and exceptionally helpful. Since my flight arrived late at night, having a 24-hour reception was absolutely perfect and made the check-in seamless. Cleanliness: The room itself and the bathroom were very clean and tidy. Location: An excellent location! It is just a 5-minute walk to the center of Krakow, surrounded by plenty of wonderful cafes.

The Beds: The beds were terrible. The bed was incredibly squeaky—every single minor movement made a loud noise. The Mattresses: The mattresses were in very bad condition and felt extremely old. Bathroom Odor: Although the bathroom was very clean, there was a persistent urine odor coming from the toilet area, which definitely needs to be addressed and thoroughly cleaned.
