Can Boira

Ein ganzes Haus mit viel Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Im EG 3 Schlazimmer. Im OG eine separate Wohneinheit mit einem weiteren Schlazimmer. Eine große Küche und ein liebevoll gepflegter Garten mit einem Grill und einem Gartenbackofen. Wir waren zu viert hier und haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Im Übergang vom Frühling zum Sommer kann es im Haus noch kühl sein, was im Sommer natürlich optimal ist.

La maison est exceptionnelle, spacieuse, lumineuse, bien équipée, bien décorée. Le jardin et la terrasse sont très agréables, nous en avons bien profité, y compris du barbecue.

Abbiamo soggiornato in 6, tre adulti e tre bambini. La posizione ottima, la casa è davvero bella e grandissima, situata in zona tranquilla e silenziosa e vicina al centro della città; molto curata e tenuta in perfetto ordine; è dotata di uno splendido giardino in erba con lettini, giochi per bambini, barbecue, forno e ogni comfort. Si sviluppa su piano terra e primo, garage interno, cantina. Un'altra parte della casa nel seminterrato non era accessibile quindi la casa potrebbe avere anche altri posti letto, che però non erano necessari per le nostre esigenze. Le stanze sono comode e spaziose, in ognuna di esse c'è un ventilatore a soffitto che permette di smorzare sufficientemente il caldo e stare bene di notte. Cucina grande e attrezzata, veranda coperta per bellissime cene all'aperto.

si potrebbero installare delle pompe di calore nelle camere, pur essendo comunque utili i ventilatori presenti. A volte il caldo notturno avrebbe bisogno di uno split

Die Kinder konnten sich frei bewegen, weil das ganze Grundstück eingezäunt ist. Sowohl das Gelände wie auch das Haus sind liebevoll gestaltet und eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung mit Haushaltsutensilien war hervorragend. In der Garage fanden sich zudem auch sehr viele Spielsachen für Kinder.

Keine Klimaanlage. Die Kommunikation viel schwer, weil kein Englisch und kein Deutsch.

It isnt really visible on the uploaded pictures, but this apartment is HUGE. The location is perfect, not far from common facilities (shops, restaurants, beach, etc.). There is no air conditioning in the apartment, but to be honest it isnt necessary at all. Every room is equipped with cooling fan which is more than enough.

it was a bit confuse about how shall we recycle the garbage

The beds are very comfy; the kitchen is very well equipped; there are so many places to sit together: living rooms, terraces, balconies.. The garden is nice. There is like a 2nd apartment on the 1st floor with own living room and bathroom. Stairs are outside. Makes it a very quiet place upstairs. The rest of the rooms are downstairs. You can walk to the beach or a little food court within 15-20 minutes. In case you need night life next to you, it might not be your place to be. It is in a quiet living area (accept of the neighbors dog ;D) We liked it a lot!
