Que una habitación tenga mal olor, y que la otra no tenga baño cerca. Que no tengan ducha de agua caliente

"Excelente ubicación y precio, pero poco cómodo."

La ubicación es perfecta, y el precio está muy bien, siendo que el lugar queda cerca de todo.

Una habitación estaba hacinada de gente y con mal olor, otra habitación estaba mejor, más grande y cómoda, pero no tenía baño cerca, habia que salir de la casa, cruzar un patio para llegar al baño. Y no tiene agua caliente.

Por ter tudo por perto, praias, supermercados etc

Durante o período diurno os quartos ficam abafados e os sistema de ar só é ligados para todos os quartos a partir das 19:00 horas, aí é difícil.

"Ok to stay if short on budget but don’t have any expectations"

Well located. I was in a clean and spacious room with aircon. They provide towels.

Most unwelcoming hosts ever. I arrived early (around 7am), they wanted to charge me 20 reais to leave my bag before the room was ready. In all my 10-month travel in South America, I have never been asked to pay to leave luggage before checkin. Also there were plenty of free beds, but she didn’t want to give it to me before the official check in time: 2pm. Aircon only from 7pm-7am, not possible to turn on outside of these hours even for a nap. But they would turn it on sharp at 7pm even though there is no one in the room until late…. And 7am sharp they come to turn it off. Bedsheet smelled bad. Bathrooms are in the building accross so very inconvenient for night pee or when it’s pouring rain. Bathroom and kitchen could be cleaner. Also during my stay, all other guests were all Brazilian middle age men… it could feel a bit uncomfortable when you are the only woman…
