very beautiful and convenient house, great location, warm and cosy

We stayed at Domki Vika from December 20th to December 23rd. The location is excellent – very convenient to the pedestrian street. We were thrilled with this aspect. However, there are a few complaints. We stayed on the first floor, and there was a noticeable smell in the house. Whether it was from a substance used to treat the wood, the carpet on the floor, or something else, I am not sure. By the second day, my parents, who were staying in that room, started experiencing headaches due to the smell. We opened all the windows to air out the space, but it didn’t solve the problem. We wanted to figure out the source of the smell, but since we were celebrating a holiday, we decided not to raise the issue during our stay. Additionally, the house needs repairs and a thorough cleaning. The mattresses, dishes, carpets, and bedding need to be replaced. We understand this might be an issue of price vs. quality, and since we booked just a day before arrival, there were no other options available.

everything was excellent, the accommodation was modern and only few steps from the center. House was full equipped and nothing was missing. Parking was safe , direct on the property under house.

Perfect location - accomodation is in short distance from very center of Zakopane but in a guiet place. Free parking in the yard. House is not big but clean and comfortable with small cosy regional detales. Pleasant sens of hospitality - uppon arrival we had found the fireplace and the lamp litted and all the essential equipment for comfortable extended stay. Many thanks to the hostess. Definitelly recommend.

The cottage was very nice. We found everything we needed in it. The kitchen was fully equipped. The fireplace created a pleasant atmosphere. The cottage also included a terrace with a grill. The host was pleasant. Definitely worth a visit.
