JJ's Hostel Mirissa

Emplacement top et jolie piscine. Chambre spacieuse et personnel très gentil, qui a même préparé un petit-déjeuner à emporter car nous n’étions pas à l’heure du service.

Petit bémol : il y a eu un problème d’électricité la nuit, ce qui a fait biper la clim à de multiples reprises… réveil improvisé à 5h du matin 😅.

- Supercomfortable beds with curtains, reading lamp, a small shelf and power sockets - Clean bathroom with two showers and doublesink - Lovely pool area & rooftop with pool table, games and books - Overall very safe, clean and comfortable

- Only a few daytime activities organized by the hostel so maybe not the most social option

Pool is lovely! We stayed in a private room and our room even got cleaned after a couple of nights. You don’t always get that in a hostel. Location is great, just a short walk to the centre.

It is not really a social hostel, I think if you travel solo you have to try a bit harder to meet people

The power cut during the night and there was no backup power, meaning a very poor night's sleep without AC or fan..

Actually my favorite hostel so far in Sri Lanka. Loved it here.

Nous avons réservé une chambre seule Lit Queen-size avec clim., vue sur le jardin. La chambre était bien, propre et le lit confortable. Le déjeuner compris était bon. Le café à volonté mais pas de jus ou des fruits pour accompagner le tout. Vous devrez payer un supplément si vous en voulez. Personnel gentil et accueillant. Pas très loin de la plage, vous n’avez pas besoin de prendre un tuk-tuk pour vous y rendre. Plusieurs restaurants à proximité.

Pas de bouteille d’eau dans la chambre.
