JJ's Hostel Mirissa

Location is really good, just outside enough to not have the full noise of the street but not far away. Rooftop and hangout area was nice even though it was not as social as I thought it would be. Rooms are nice with two showers inside. Enough space for all the luggage.

I stayed at this hostel for four days and loved it. It’s a very new place, extremely clean, and well maintained. The dorms are spacious, the bathrooms are spotless, and the facilities are great, including a pool and chill-out areas. The staff is very friendly, breakfast is good, and the location is perfect—just two minutes from the main street. Highly recommended. Me alojé cuatro días en este hostel y fue una experiencia excelente. Es un lugar muy nuevo, todo está muy limpio y bien cuidado. Los dormitorios son amplios, los baños impecables y las instalaciones geniales, con piscina y zonas para relajarse. El personal es muy amable, el desayuno está muy bien y la ubicación es perfecta, a solo dos minutos de la calle principal. Muy recomendable.

Very good property with a lovely pool and good restaurant. Professionally managed.

The volunteer activities could be done better.

The pool was lovely! Well worth it for that alone The staff were all really nice and everything was fine. I didn't eat there but it was nice to have the option. The drinks were fairly reasonably priced there. Super close to a supermarket, ATM, and not far from the beach. Hey Mama and the Timber Cafe were great restaurants nearby that I went to often whilst there.

The curtain for the bed didn't go all the way round the bed unfortunately. But that's nit picky.

Clean, modern, facilities amazing, felt really comfortable. One of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed in.
