friendly staff, yoga space on the terrace and great location close too food places and the lake (&the very cute puppy Lina!)

Not super clean but totally worth the money

lock on the window was not working.

The hotel staff were very helpful , as it was my first visit to pokhara along with family and i didn't know anything regarding the travel and places i should visit in pokhara . the owner of hotel help me to get the taxi and also suggested to the beautiful places i should visit in pokhara, and the food was very good with affordable price.

the rooms were not clean, the bed sheet was not clean and bathroom they were also dirty, i had to call the staff 2,3 times then only they came and cleaned the room for us.

there is a good atmosphere, the managers of the place are kind and always available to explain any request. location immediately on the lake and in the center.

Staff was helpful and kind.

Cleanliness needs to improve massively.

Great location and areas downstairs to relax. It's out of the way of the lake side but still accessible to it. The staff are on hand to fix what is needed. The smaller outside chill area outside of the dorm was nice to relax. Beds were great!!! Very sturdy wooden beams

The bathroom kept on having problems. First it was all really hot water of every tap, then the shower stopped working then when they fixed it the full bathroom flooded and didn't drain away over night. There was also a lot of black mould on the ceiling on the bedroom which is understandable but isn't great over time on the lungs.

Really helpful staff, nice atmosphere :)
