They've accepted my reservation with a late check it but didn't call to say it wasn't an option. At 23:30 I found out that they have send me a text at 23:00 in booking.com saying that if I come before 22:30 it's good. [ how come? I arrived at 21:50 at T1 Berlin and had full phone service?!] I don't understand why accept a late check in if you're not going to open the door or pick up the phone. Ended up getting a different hotel at midnight so that I have a roof. Very unprofessional!! By the way the address that comes with the reservation confirmation is also wrong!! Poor management and attitude

Double door in the room.

Kitchen have to be improved, no individual bathroom for the price where anywhere else usually is.

The room and the bathroom are very clean. The room is the same as the picture and very cosy. I have a table + chairs in my room in addition of a TV.

I booked this place because a kitchen was supposed to be available for cooking. It was not the case. The kitchen was not functional, with no cutlery or pans. The electrical hot-pan were turning off every 1min, so I was not able to cook anything. The staff did nothing about it, even after I notified them. When I asked for at least a kettle, I was reply it will not be possible. If you are looking for just a room to spend the night this place is nice, if you want to stay several nights you may want to look for another place.

Size of the room and location, just next to old market place.

The toilet and bathroom are not ensuite and curtains very translucent. Guests or staff walking or working in the roof can see me taking my bath. Didn't clear the dustbin. It was full from previous users. Have to queue for toilet since there's only 1 to be shared at by least 8 guests.

clean, straightforward, comfortable bed, quiet

The room is very big, with 2 single beds put together so it becomes one. There's also a sofa, a table and chairs. The decoration in the room is nice. The room is on the first floor, so sometimes it's possible to hear the noise of the street. The water pressure in the bathroom is not the best, but does the work.
