"Хороший вариант проживания с мелкими недостатками"

Чистая теплая комната, хорошее расположение, близко к трамвайной остановке, в номере был балкон. Имеется оснащённая кухня, плита, микроволновка, чайник, посуда. Есть душевая комната, полотенца.

Хозяин вовремя не выслал информацию для заселения, не предоставил данные для подключения интернета. Все это надо было получать по дополнительному телефонному звонку. В душевой не работал обогреватель и плохо работал бойлер, поэтому теплая вода текла с перерывами и в душевой было очень холодно. Чай и кофе отсутствуют.
