"Too expensive for what they are delivering"

The bathroom is very good, bathtub is good as well and the king bed is also nice.

The main problem is charging clients pricey if we decide to not pay in cash. The property is still under construction, there is a weird smell coming from the first chalet that probably is a sewage not treated properly. There is not correct demarcation of parking spaces, in addition to lack of coverage for rainy days.

I've visited many places near Sao Paulo with my family and here was the best place. Very near from the city and we could visit some good restaurantes nearby. My children loved to stay and enjoyed a lot. Highly recommended!!

Beautiful chalet, everything brand new, clean, comfortable. Owner was very kind and easy to communicate with. Location is excellent and check in and checkout was super easy and convenient. Already recommended this place for friends and will definitely stay here again when coming back to Monte Verde. Thanks for the great stay!
