Please note that this is a self-service property. An entrance code for the lock will be provided after booking via an SMS message using the phone number provided at the time of booking. If you wish to provide a different phone number please contact the property. Guests requiring an invoice are kindly asked to put necessary details (full address) in the Special Requests box. The invoice will be sent at the end of a month to an e-mail address given during the reservation.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. When staying at the property with children, note that the property is legally obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors to determine the identity of the minors and their relationship with the adult they’re staying with. A deposit may be required at the property.
