Erittäin hyvä asiakaspalvelu huoneemme oli yläkerrassa mutta meillä sattui olemaan paljon matkatavaroita ym niin henkilökunta tuli kysymään halutaanko vaihtaa alempaan kerrokseen niimpä saimme huoneen vaihdettua.. WC oli riittävästi samoin myös suihkuja keittiötä emme pahemmin kerenneet käyttämään mutta hyvät tilat tehdä ruokaa..

It was relatively close to the city centre and cheap.

The hygiene of the kitchen was bad and needs to be worked upon. The fridge was full and dirty, the microwave didn't work and half of the kitchen material was either dirty or broken. If the kitchen was improved, it would improve the experience quite a lot I think.

It is close to the centre and the price for single room was quite good.

The bed linen smells strange - I was afraid that that somebody used it before me and there were nobody who I could ask for changing. The bed was not very comfortable.A lot of noises after 12 pm. There is no washbasin in the bathroom, you have to wash your teeth in the small basin at the toilet.

Very good location, 20 minutes walking to city center and 15 to ferry terminal. Room was big enough with a big window.

Shower and toilet are not very proper, should be cleaned out.
