21REDA Cozy Stay

The property looked very nice on the outside, the rooms were fine but very basic. You could rent a motorbike at the hotel which we found to be necessary to get somewhere.

The room was very small and there was no phone service and the WiFi didn’t work properly. The property was in the middle of a construction site, so there’s a lot of noise.

Nice pool, clean, rooms are comfy, great location.

Receptionist is very grumpy. Not helpful. Water is turned off a lot so you have to ask them to turn it on to shower etc. Heaps of construction in the immediate area. Sometimes running until past midnight making it difficult to sleep.

Room was spacious and location was very quiet.

It is located in an area that is currently being built up and feels more like a project in progress. Upside is, it doesn't take long to get somewhere nice.

The rooms were dirty, with splatters on the wall and the toilet not cleaned. Man at reception was very rude and hostile towards us, and when he showed us to our room we were carrying lots of heavy bags and he just walked off leaving us struggling and unsure of where to go. We also handed in laundry during our stay, and before we left we went to pick it up, having been over 24 hours with them, and he handed it back unclean saying there was no time, when he should have just informed us before so we could have gone somewhere else. The woman there seemed very lovely however.
