A wonderful home away from home! The rooms are great, the breakfast is simple but delicious, and you even get your own fridge space. We loved the animal-friendly atmosphere and the abundance of giraffes! And a place for free things, like shoes and so ok.

The internet was unreliable and became unusable during periods of high demand. The toilet seat is not securely attached and repeatedly detaches from the bowl.

Older property could do with a little updating.

I really liked the decorations and the climate of the place. The room was beautiful and cozy. The staff is really friendly and helpful at any time you need - even if you don't speak Spanish, everyone does their best to understand. There were breakfast items available to use, as well as beach items (towels, sunscreen), which was really useful. There was a lift which helps accessibility. The Wi-Fi was OK - I was able to have Zoom meetings without interruptions. The location is spot-on - really close to the beach, good restaurants nearby, close to the castle and museums. During our stay we were able to reach all the interesting places by foot (but also public transport is also close by if you require it). Last but not least - there were dogs (and they're super cute) :)

Having 2 beds joined into one (instead of having a one 2-person bed) was a bit troublesome, because the beds kept separating each night (because of us tossing and turning while sleeping). Our room didn't have air conditioning, so double-check it while planning your trip - it might be difficult to sleep when it's hot outside without AC. If you're sensitive to noise, mind that the area is really noisy because there's party everywhere, noise-cancelling earplugs are your friend. Also it was hard to catch staff in person in case of some issues (we had problems with window blinds), but they were available to contact via call or WhatsApp.

Complimentary basic breakfast was a nice surprise, likewise the access to the kitchen/lounge area. We had an access to the balcony, which was a nice perk. We liked the personal vibe and decor of the place, very welcoming place. The location was absolutely perfect.

It wasn't hot during our stay, so we didn’t ask about it, but we couldn’t find air conditioning in our room - and in Alicante it might be important. Perhaps there was one, we just couldn’t find the control panel nor the remote?

Nous avons été chassé par les propriétaires car ils sont racistes. Je vous demande donc de me dédommager dans les plus brefs délais. Il va de soit, que je porterai cette affaire en justice. C'est scandaleux et c'est la première fois que je tombe sur des propriétaires racistes via booking. J'attends votre réponse au plus vite.
