Nice hotel good position plenty of parking close the beach and tram system

0900 for breakfast a bit late should be 0800 start at the latest not a massive issue as I only live 1 hour away but other people will of and did leave without breakfast

The pool was really private!

There wasn’t anyone at the bar to serve you in the day.

The pool looked nice and the location was good.

The room was not acceptable as client accomation, it was clearly staff accomodation. The main issues are clear. Accomodation should be secure,safe and habitable. The provided room was not secure - the windows did not lock and provided shutters could not be locked to prevent entry via this window. The window was essentially underground at or below ground level. The provided room was not safe. There was no fire alarms in the room or down the corridor adjoining it. The kitchen for the premises and the laundry were both adjacent and clear fire danger risks. There was no emergency lighting visible nor was there a clear fire evacuation plan. The closest fire escape door could not be accessed easily and the closest area with a marked fire extinguisher could not be accessed as it did not exist. As mentioned In many other reviews, there are cockraches everywhere. Some up to 5 cm in length. The shower did not drain and water was a constant hazard within the bathroom and the immediate entry. As a result there was a distinct smell of mould within the room. I raised all these issues eith the hotelier and attempted solutions but they were aggressive. They sent messages at 1155pm telling us if we did not like it we could leave it. It is evident that the room is not habitable for the purposes of accomodation that the hotel is aware of this and that they will attempt to initimidaee those that raise concerns as a response. We have raised the issues with the relevant authorities and even had to contact the police to receive the relevant documentation to do such. I have been to many places throughout Europe and the world. I have never felt the need to raise such issues on a public forum, I understand that photos and expectations do not align but the simple fact is the provided accomodation and routes for resolution were not present.

Enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was nice. Hostel was in a quiet area with a short 20 minute walk to the beach.

Rooms were very small and basic with no balcony. Price was a lot dearer than hotels in the centre of Alicante that were bigger, had balconies and more central to everything. Shop and restaurants were a bit of a walk away.
