Nadurra But and Ben - Where the Ordinary Becomes Extraordinary

We had such a lovely 1 night stay at the pod and Karen and Uisdean have thought of everything you could possibly need. The place was absolutely spotless and all the little small extras just make it so much more special. We will definitely be back and thank you so much for looking after us.

Only that we didn't stay for another night.

Absolutely loved the views, the hot tub and fire pit. The host was exemplary with information and the extras provided in the accommodation set it apart from all other places on our trip. Absolutely fantastic.

Nothing not to like - all great!

The property was amazing the location and views were beautiful. I don’t think there isn’t anything they haven’t thought of. We were sad we only booked one night here, and will definitely be back. If you want a lovely night away then there really isn’t a better place to relax.

The room has so many lovely touches from the hosts that made it feel really special. The facilities were all top class and the setting was lovely. I cannot recommend highly enough

Lots of little personal touches which made the stay more enjoyable and relaxing. The hob tub is modern, clean and with a great view. The bed and bedding was so comfy I could have spent my holiday just in there.

Nothing springs to mind. Lots of midges but it’s the West coast of Scotland so that’s going to happen anywhere. The venue did however provide some protection and repellent which worked a treat.

The host offers a welcome pack of milk, juice, bread, cereals and a great selection of teas and nespresso coffee pods. The pod itself is well equipped with a small toaster oven, double hob, kettle and toaster making this a very convenient stay for those looking to self cater and not eat out. There’s even a bbq grill, fire pit and even a pizza oven out on the deck! Just bring the drinks and food! This cabin was well stocked. From the toiletries to facilities - 5/5 stars! Highland co. products and comfy robes provided were such a nice surprise and touch from the host and made the stay at the cabin feel like a really nice (private) hotel experience. Of course the view and hot tub were icing on the cake.

The pod/cabin is on private property, shared with the main house where other guests can stay which makes it feel secure. Unfortunately, on this occasion the other guests in the main house were a bit rowdy and noisy well into the night past midnight. Every single conversation could be heard from our deck overlooking their open windows. I’m sure not every guest will have this experience, but just noting that there are others within earshot of this stay. Second item to beware of, even in May, are the abundance of midges around the cabin and wooded area that will make a meal out of you. These are flying swarms of doom, so pack appropriate clothing, repellent and antihistamines. Luckily, our amazing host left a can of smidge repellent as a very welcome bonus on the deck.
