Tidal House #10 - Ocean Shores Chalet

Good location, short walk to the beach and to town for shopping, restaurants, etc. Coffee stand right across the street. Comfortable, clean and furnished to meet our needs. Special touches included a "pet basket" with blankets for the furniture, food/water bowls, toys and treats.

The hide a bed sofa in the living room included sheets but no blankets. As we came during cooler weather, we expected to find blankets for this bed. We were glad we had an extra in our car. Also, the kitchen trash can had no trash bag liner. We felt strange just putting our kitchen garbage in the can, knowing it would have to be emptied and cleaned out. Otherwise, our stay was great and we do plan to come back another time.

Great location. Easy to find. Because the unit has a full kitchen the option to stay in and not have to dine out was nice. Everything was with in walking distance of the unit.

The unit was a little chilly. Definitely needs updated heating and around the front leaked due to a bad seal.

There was nothing we didn't like.

This is our 2nd time staying at the Tidal house. We LOVED this unit! We had everything we needed, the other guests were kind and quiet and we are already planning a trip back very soon! I was initially a bit concerned because other guests said the unit was cold and the little heater didn’t warm it up adequately, but we found that was quite the opposite. We even had to open the windows a couple times to let it cool down! lol.
