Cabañas El Desván

Muy buena recepción por parte de los anfitriones, la cabaña impecable y con todos los implementos.

Lugar hermoso tranquilo

Logement confortable, cosy, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. Accueil très sympa. On s'est régalé avec les petits déjeuner. Les nuits étaient fraîches mais heureusement il y avait un chauffage d'appoint. Petit supermarché juste à côté. A 20 min de Dan Fernando.

L'hospitalité et l'accueil des hôtes étaient parfait ! Ils étaient tres attentifs à notre confort. La propreté du lieu était top. Un petit coin jeux pour enfant a permis aux petits de profiter du jardin. Les cabañas sont mignonnes et bien équipées (chauffage, eau chaude et eau potable) Le petit déjeuner est parfait avec un jus frais et maison !! Les couchages collectifs sont parfaits pour une famille dans la cabaña campestre.

Extremely nice and helpful owners. I mean so nice they offset much if the bad stuff. Cabanas are spacious.

There were a number of issues. When I arrived, the first cabana they offered was not clean. There was visible dirt and large dust balls on the floor. They offered me the other cabanas, the red one seen i the photo. Things here were bad. The wifi didn't work and neither did the heat (it's winter in Chile). They got the heat working a little bit, but it never really got comfortable. This unit also did not have hot water on demand in the shower and the main overhead light didn't work. The microwave also looks likenitbhas never been clean. The next day, I was moved to the, now reasonably clean, other cabana. Things improved. Working heat and wifi. Even after cleaning, the unit was not as clean as one would expect. There is dirt in the corners and stains on the bathroom walls. It is clear there is a lot of deferred maintenance and the units really have not had a proper deep cleaning in some time. With a little effort and continued attention, this place could be really special. As I said before, the owners really are two of the sweetest people in the world.
