Everything: criminally underrated hostel in downtown Hangzhou. So happy to have trusted my gut and went there even if there was no indication for foreigners whatsoever. You will probably be the only western and they hardly speak any English but they will make their best to make you feel at home! People are friendly, all the facilities are provided and there is everything you may need at an arm's reach Definitely would come back if I get to Hangzhou again!

Nothing that depends on the hostel directly. I would try to cater more to western audience because the standards are adequate to us, but I understand if they stick to their formula
