Late check in was a breeze, security staff very friendly and the bonus was having the whole shared common area to ourselves. Overall very cozy and we enjoyed our overnight stay travelling through. Very clean room and facilities. Very good experience overall

Nothing bad to say

Great location to use sports complex. Rooms were clean and kitchenette had great range of small appliances for making meals

Bathroom was dated and had soft spots in the floor. And common space was rather small considering there could be 12 occupants. Most keep to their own rooms so maybe consider a small tv in each room

It was clean and tidy.

It was not advertised as shared accomodation. We had a family arrive at 10:30pm at night saying that the room was theirs. They also did not know it was shared. It caused a lot of stress for everyone involved.

No phone number to call for assistance, rude staff at the Sleeman Complex counter. The man asked for visa card when I had cash. He checked my money thinking it was counterfeit ! It was embarrassing.

Breakfast is okay. And Location is easy to find and convenient .

The Bed is a bit dusty but it was Okay we managed for one night😊
