Chandler Lodge and Cabins

Very clean, good facilities and very convenient to the Sleeman centre. There is a bus from the Rd outside that takes you rapidly to Carina shops for 50c. Cereal, milk and juice is provided, and tea and coffee including coffee pods. Free wifi and smart TV. Good heaters, excellent hot water.

The kitchen was relatively well stocked but only contained a microwave and electric frypan and rice cooker, but you can make it work for a week or so. There are no sharp knives! Can be crowded when all rooms are occupied but most people keep to themselves.

Ideal for attending an event at Sleeman Sports Complex. Access to public transport. Able to use pool/ gym. Continental breakfast included. Quiet. Works well for groups eg extended family or friends travelling together. Well equipped kitchen. Good outdoor areas. Liked having ensuite bathroom while sharing kitchen.

Would be good to have ability to collect recyclable containers in room (nowhere really does but would improve returns/ decrease waste) but designated bins nearby.

The location was perfect for our event at the aquatic centre - so convenient. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us.

We would have liked a broom and dustpan for the cabin and separate recycling bins.

Shared kitchen was a bit awkward

Rural setting. Comfy beds, nice hot shower.

Shared facilities. Cabin vibrated every time someone walked around. OK for one night stopover but not longer. Vpn restricted WiFi. Isolated location without a car. Overall too expensive for what it was.

Sharing the living room & kitchen with strangers

It was wonderful! Surprisingly our friends booked in the adjacent cabins and it was just us. I absolutely loved it! They also provided cereal, tea & coffee, fresh milk and juice. I was surprised at how clean and tidy the cabins and facility was.

The photo suggests the cabin has its own living room and kitchen, but the living area is shared and the rooms have ensuite. Still it was spacious and pleasant.
