Friendly staff, good location, common area to hangout, free breakfast, bed is comfortable.

Shower head wasn't working well. Took a long time to bath leading long lines for the bathroom. Please fix that.

"Beautiful homey place with great facilities and greater company"

Such an awesome place with kind staff. Ross was great and helped us with every question we had about tracks, supermarkets, whatever. The place is really nice and homey, with an authentic backpacker feel to it. Breakfast was delicious, with everything you need and plenty of it. Ross was so great that one night we came home to find he had cooked dinner for everyone, just so we’d sit together and enjoy. The place was very clean, well furnished, and the kitchen was great for meal-making. The location was excellent — only a five-minute drive to every interesting track in Katoomba. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Excelente la ubicación, es comodo, una sala de estar amplia y la cocina completa. Ross muy atento a todo igual que los chicos que trabajan ahi, siempre hay alguien limpiando asique se mantiene muy bien. Volveria sin dudarlo! El desayuno esta incluido (te/cafe y pan para tostadas con muchas opciones) hay heladeras por si compras tus propias cosas. Aparte ese viernes prepararon cena para todos gratis! Muy simpaticos 😊

Las literas son un poco viejas y en la habitación que estaba no habia mucho espacio, estaba completa y habia mucha maleta. Por las noches estaba fresco, habia una mini estufa electrica pero que no calentaba demasiado. Era mejor ir a la sala de estar, quedarse al lado de fuego y luego meterse rapidito a la cama

We loved the breakfast and having the fire outside. It had nice people and was relaxed v

The lighting was a bit dark in the lounge. The bathroom could do with a renovate but all was adequate for us. We just needed to sleep :-)
