Narooma Motel

We did not have breakfast at the motel - if we were entitled to a free breakfast, it wasn't communicated to us.

The fact that I left a phone charger in my room and rang the motel after departing - and then rang again, and again, and again, and then sent an SMS message, and an email — all without getting a single reply or even acknowledgement of my messages - was an absolute disgrace. I am still awaiting any contact almost a week later. Imagine if it had been something far more valuable than a phone charger - a piece of jewellery or an item of great sentimental value. I would have been in the position of having to come back to Narooma in person to search for it. I simply cannot believe that a paying customer who booked online and stayed two nights at the motel does not merit a return phone call. It is simply unfathomable that nobody has bothered to respond — other than to send this ridiculous survey on what I thought of the motel. With treatment like that, how else am I supposed to rate the place? You can be sure that I won't be recommending Narooma Motel to anybody else.

Not much

Dusty tables and all horizontal surfaces. Not good value for money. There are far better facilities at other places for the same rate. I don't recommend this place.

Leaving bad reviews until booking.com talks to me about killara.

I’ve emailed repeatedly and booking refuses to talk to me about the $126 it stole from me.

Perfect for overnight stay….very clean, lovely linen, great shower, quiet, communal kitchen, birds in bush outside window. Friendly hosts as well.

No one in attendance when checking in forcing us, and another guest, to phone motel for assistance. My first call went unanswered.
