BOHO Hostel

The property was in a lovely location right by the pier, easy access to facilities an activities such as the night market. The hostel itself is very calm and beautiful with a view of the water. Staff and the owners are very friendly and helpful. We only booked for one night but extended our stay for additional three as we really enjoyed this hostel!

Die Lage war perfekt. Zentral und doch ruhig. Das Zimmer schön und sauber. Wir konnten einen Tag ohne Probleme verlängern. Das Personal war aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück nicht das allgemeine 0815, sondern sehr lecker. Wenn wieder ko lanta ... Auf jeden Fall wieder da... Danke

Das Hostel ist sehr schön gelegen und der Gemeinschaftsbereich super ausgestattet und sauber! Die Zimmer sind spartanisch eingerichtet, aber zweckmässig. Super ist auch, dass es immer Trinkwasser zum Abfüllen hat.

The location is great, very close to the pier with lots of nice restaurants and coffee places around. The hostel itself is right on the water, which makes it very charming and gives it a cozy, relaxed vibe. It’s also quiet in the evening, which we really appreciated. The owners were super nice and welcoming. The room is small but functional — even with two big suitcases we managed fine. It’s definitely not luxury, but for a few nights and for the price, it felt reasonable.

Unfortunately, we had a cockroach in the bedroom on our first night. Because the room is built over the water, it was very humid. We woke up sweating most nights and didn’t sleep very well. The AC was also hard to manage: with it on, the room was too cold; without it, it was too hot. There was only a small duvet and no real blanket, which wasn’t enough to comfortably cover both of us when the AC was on. There was also a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom - however this is very dependent on the tides and there is nothing much that can be done about it. When the bathroom door was closed the smell was not coming into the bedroom. Finally, on a rainy night, the bathroom water turned brownish, so we ended up showering and brushing our teeth using bottled water - but again very weather dependent. Overall, a lovely location and nice atmosphere, but the humidity and related issues made the stay less enjoyable for us. However, for this price, we found the stay reasonable.

Amazing location, room was lovely and super clean. View out of the room was gorgeous. Host super friendly and welcoming.
