Duży pokój, czysto, brak choćby czajnika, trochę drogo

Very well organised and spacious rooms. Right in the centre of Karlovac

Excellent location, near the centre and great parks, great parking spaces, spacious rooms, simple and quick check-in and out, in-room bathroom.

We did not appreciate the cleaning staff barging in the room whole three hours before the checkout time, even after we said it's occupied when they knocked very loudly on our doors while we were sleeping, but they didn't hear us or something. They did apologize, at least. There is, presumably, a list of when rooms are checked out of, this way of checking if the room is empty to clean is too intrusive. The beds aren't the most comfortable and the place ran out of warm water a whole day and a half before we left. This used to be our favorite place to stay in Karlovac, but not anymore.
