A funcionaria é excelente, deixa nos á vontade e ainda nos "apresenta" a cidade. Limpeza top, localização boa, muito boa relação preço qualidade.

The owner, Tiffany, was very friendly and helpful. She speaks very good English. She kept the room, kitchen, and toilet very clean. I have stayed in nearly 100 hostels before, and only in this hostel, she gave a new set of towels every day for no extra charge. Even when it was raining, she voluntarily gave us umbrellas. She wanted us to follow the housekeeping rules, and if you do so, this is the best hostel to stay in town. Definitely recommended.

Tiffani runs Hostel Mirror so well, she is friendly and kind, often going above and beyond for her guests. The hostel is small (max 10 people) and in a great location. The hostel was extremely clean all of the time. We loved the tour that she helped to book us on and would recommend this, especially if traveling without a car.

The only thing was that the kitchen and fridge were quite small so we were reluctant to cook.
